VoteYesOrNo is a different kind of community website so we'd appreciate it if you take a minute to read the following.
VoteYesOrNo lets you ask a question and then shows you what the rest of the world thinks. We're creating a centralized place where people can get candid user opinions to almost any question.
With your help, we will provide a friendly, safe, easy-to-use site on the Internet for everyone to ask questions and share their opinions.
In return, we ask you meet this character challenge: Don't hold back when it comes to sharing your opinions, but be respectful.
How VoteYesOrNo Works
A user asks a simple yes or no question and people get to vote and share their opinions on it. If the question gets enough votes and activity, we will add it to the VoteYesOrNo homepage where more people will see it.
- Start voting - start answering some questions by clicking on "yes" or "no."
- Let your opinions be heard - after leaving a few comments, you'll see if people like what you have to say or not.
- Ask a question - if you're really brave, ask your own question and start getting feedback from the community almost immediately.
Unlock Badges
- Unlock Badges - Through your use of the site, you'll start to earn badges for certain activities. Check out the list of current available badges here
Become the People's Champion
With every question on the site, you have the opportunity to share your own unique view. If your opinion receives the most "likes" then you'll become the People's Champion for that particiular question (and your comment will be highlighted for more people to see). The People's Champion is basically the best opinion as voted by the visitors to the site. The number of times your opinion has been selected as People's Champion will also be reflected on your profile.
