Is Heidi Montag uglier after plastic surgery?

I always thought she looked okay... i did not know she had any more than a boob job. However, if she does not put on the brakes soon, she may be the next victim of over doing it.

For being so religious, she sure has passed a lot of negative judgement on her maker's original version.
