Call me ol school but I still use a travel agent. Remember them? If all you want is a deal then those online sites will do just fine. I like personal service, expertise, & talking to a real person I've known for over a decade. My travel agent Denise and her mother have helped me book adventures on 5 continents and I've never had a problem. I'm not sure you'll get that with most online travel sites.

Almost always! The rates are usually competitive and sometimes I can find really great deals. I've noticed that I can find better deals when booking an air/hotel package rather than just one or the other.
