Even though this country is a nation of immigrants, illegals should come into the country the right way. Decency and fairness is a basic human right though. I think we should look at our immigration process and ensure it is good.

Just wanted to add, the Native Americans had no laws about people entering their land, since they laid no claim to it.

All people in the USA should be afforded their human rights but citizens of the USA should be afforded many privileges that non citizens are not allowed (right to vote and the ability to leave and reenter the USA with a passport are 2 examples).
