I don't think she is a phony... but i find her kind of annoying. I just saw a couple episodes when some random stalker girl said some really mean things to her... And I kind of felt sorry for Patty.

I really like Patty, and she has some really good advice. Yes she is rather loud and very blunt, but she's got good tips. Rather you're looking for a significant other or not, her insights are very helpful in learning to sell yourself and bring what you deserve into your life.

Patty usually knows what she's doing, it just that the people she's trying to set up don't always see her vision/direction. I think she may be very good at what she does, but the TV show only has the lame people on it...
