QUESTION:
Do you think each website should have their own satelite?
Do you think so? That way we would be able to surf that website faster than ever... Perhaps Game Creators should have the same "principle". Think about playing a map on Counter-Strike: Source with 70 players and no lag.

The average internet providers don't even use satellites because of the latency issues. Broadband landlines are typically much faster than broadband satellite connections. So if every website used it's own satellite, you'd probably see a decrease in internet quality. Also, good luck gaming on that connection.
