QUESTION:
If you receive bad customer service from a company, would a $25 gift card there make you give the company another chance?
Every company makes mistakes. Think of a business or company that maybe you boycott or just avoid because you have not received good customer service... what would it take to get you to give them another chance?

It really depends on the experience. If it was just one person who was bad, then yeah maybe, but if it seemed the bad experience was tied directly into how the company does business then maybe not. For example, I've been to a restaurant that had a mean hostess, waiter was demeaning, and food was not so great and to top it all off not that cheap. In this scenario, probably not except if they changed management or assured me things had changed.
