Does it make you upset when a book is turned into a movie but the movie is different than the book?

This is a great question. I don't read many books, but I usually give the movie a break or two if they change a couple things in order to make it work. I recognize that the movie version has different constraints inherent in the medium itself. If they change someting dramatically that is central to the storyline they better have a real good reason.
