Should everyone that is born get a place to go so they are never homeless, and food to eat so they are never hungry?

We, the taxpayer, spend plenty of money on homeless people. Some take it, others continue to panhandle. Why work when idiots and chumps give you free money on the street?

On a side note, the reason there will always be homeless people is because there's a crap load of money floating around. You might think it's a problem, but for some, it's an industry. For every $100 in taxpayer money that goes to the homeless cause, I'll bet $2 actually go to the homeless, $3 goes to paperwork, $45 is going to those homeless advocates that will make sure that there are always homeless around because it guarantees them a well paid job, and $50 is going to crooked politicians supporting said advocates.
