to say it has never hurt anyone is a bit extreme. Sure it has a 0 death count in all cause of death tallies I've seen, but it still is dangerous. That being said in all the ways marijuana is dangerous tobacco or alcohol have those areas covered in spades, so it should be legal.

How is mary jane "dangerous" you will have to prove that one. You are just like all the people that believe all the lies that the goverment put out there 50 years ago. Pick up a book or do some research online. They have proved that weed is harmless even to your lungs.
