I was at the fancy food show this year and there were a lot of desserts (candy mostly) that had bacon in it. Chocolate bars, marshmellows and my favorite out of the bunch...bacon brittle. It was hella good...mmm

recently tried chicken fried bacon (bacon prepared the same way chicken fried steak) served w/ a maple syrup dipping sauce. 1.5 pieces is all i could eat, but pretty good. the sweet component from the maple syrup was nice!
