QUESTION:
Is there any real difference between voting Democrat or Republican?
To me politics have become very corrupted (well of course since politicians have power - and "power necessarily corrupts"), and I can't tell if one party is really any different than the other.

I spoke to a friend of mine that worked in Washington for a few years and asked is Obama really change? He basically said unfortunately, they are all the same... sigh.

Democrats are generally more libral, and Republicans are generally more conservative.

the difference is not if they are corrupt, but in what ways are they corrupt!
