Will I be taxed if I take 100 pairs of sunglasses out of Thailand?

Depends on the cost. The world wide Personal tax exemption on items bought outside the country is about 400 dollars or 270 euros. So if your sunglasses total over 400 dollars, it must be reported, and therefore, taxed.
