If you're addicted to Facebook, you're admitting you're lonely. You need to get off the computer and get out more. I stopped going on there because I realized I was just talking to old friends who I wouldn't say hi to if we were waiting in line at the DMV.

I've been addicted since 2005 and I'm not lonely at all. I use it to keep in touch with people. I'm not on it 24/7, but I do go on at least 1x a day...I go out plenty and have plenty of face-to-face communication. Some people need to use it in moderation.
