I voted for Obama, but I was shocked when he got the Nobel Peace prize. DIDN'T HE JUST SEND 30,000 TROOPS to AFGANISTAN? How is that creating peace? Premature.

Get off the OBAMA bandwagon people. He hasn't done anything yet to deserve this award. The Nobel is tarnished forever IMHO.

Agreed, there will never be peace as long as Israel and Palestine - Jewish & Christian vs Islamics cant settle their differences... and move on.

It wasn't so much about him promoting peace so much as it was that they thought that Obama deserved the award for taking on so many challenges in so short a time span. Something like that.
