Oh yeah, hands down. KFC actually made a good run in the late 90's with their battered fries, but then they messed it all up with the wedges....and then they took away my Kentucky Nuggets. Those bastards!

KFC gave those battered fries to Burger King back in the day. But I think Burger King changed it up again years ago.

yes, the fries are classic. I don't care that the kids at in and out make them from scratch. those are soggy. mc donalds are a tasty blend of crispy, soft and mmmm.

In-and-Out fries taste like potato, but who wants that?

If you happen to be at IN-N-OUT, ask for the fries to be "well-done." This request will make your fries crispy if you like it like that. Curious to know what you will think after you try it. Let us know.

Yes, for fast food. But I also like the fries at this place called Ray's the Steaks in Arlington.

They're still my favorite! This may sound weird, but I especially like eating them with the McDonald's vanilla soft serve cone.

never tried that combo, but of course they're way yummy w/the sweet and sour sauce (and i personally like to mix that w/the hot mustard sauce).

I wish they didn't go cheap with the salt.

Darla's on Irving. Red Robin seasoning on crispy thin fries.

re: Red Robin bottomless fries - I always feel like I'm gonna drive them outta business when I order them, but I always disappoint myself with the lack of refills I get. It probably has something to do w/how the bottomless freckled lemonade always leaves me filling bloated and sick after half a dozen refills or so.

The saltier the better....and when they are fresh and hot right out of the fryer...omg heaven. I'm tempted to go get some right now.
