I had to give a speech one time in college in front of about 25 people and I thought I would pass out. I don't even remember giving the speech and after I was through and sat down I didn't hear anything that anyone else said the rest of the class. I have a very big fear of speaking in crowds and I'm not really sure why because I don't care what anyone thinks I guess its just not something I can control.
