I say just pure tap, don't even bother w/getting ripped off from the Brita. When the water's dirty, that just makes you stronger. People from Mexico don't come to America and get Montezuma's Revenge from our water - b/c their water has made them stronger. I guess the people liking bottled water goes hand in hand w/the majority of people thinking cart food is dirty (according to voteyesorno.com - www.voteyesorno.com/poll/167/Do-you-think-the-hotdogs-sold-in-the-carts-are-dirty/)
I prefer the smooth tasting bottled water of Hetch Hetchy. In other words, tap water. But there is a difference in taste for tap water. Arrowhead tastes like they were cleaning arrowheads in my water. Yuck.
If I had a blind taste test of all the different waters... I think I would pass. Random ? but do people from Fiji actually have to pay steep prices for Fiji water? Do they drink Fiji water or is it just called water to them? hahah
water is produced in different ways, causing the water to retain certain aftertastes because of exposure to certain chemicals and pipe linings. Therefore, water tastes differently, but not because of brand, but because of how it was produced. If you like a certain brand of water, read the label and find out how it was produced and you should enjoy other brands that are produced in the same manner.
That sucks if it kills us though.
