I have wanted to but I always felt bad at the last second and kept it.

I hate to admit it but yes I have. I was going to my cousins wedding and I had a brand new still in the package picture frame that I was never going to use that I had received at my wedding so I gave it to her for her wedding present. I know its probably an awful thing to do but when moneys tight you got to do what you have to.
