QUESTION:

If you can't defend "it", then does it still make it yours?

"It" meaning anything.... your women, your property, your money, you land?

I've been thinking about this more lately than ever... and understanding the right to bear arms... I'm starting to see that throughout history people that lost obviously were weak, Tibet was weak so they lost their land, the Native Americans were weak so they lost their land.... this can go on and on....

Interesting question. It make sense that those in power get to control things. We've seen it countless times that whether or not you have the right to own it is controlled by who has the power.

Thats a little vague, but I believe on the flip-side you can't really claim anything until you fight for it. Be it a relationship...property..whatever.

Well in terms of relationships, is it meant to be if you constantly had to fight for it? Should it really be that hard where fighting is involved?

Constantly? Probably not. But any lasting relationship takes effort through time. Have you not seen the chick flicks women eat up because the man will fight to preserve their relationship against all threats? Just an example.

That's a good point. That may be fantasy though but is it reality?

Depends on the person. Given the millions in revenue from those movies I would say a lot of people want it to be their reality.

'Defend' in a physical sense, IDK. But being passionate about something has to be prerequisite to holding a claim on it. In that sense, then you'd certainly be willing to fight for it with your hears & mind, much less physically.
