OMG, i try this all the time it did not work.... It took too much brain power to imagine the sheeps in my head.

sometimes I do. when I need my mind to stop racing, i think, OK, I'll count or i sing my abc's. lol.

When I can't sleep I turn my mp3 player on and listen to soothing music, it usually slows down my thoughts so I can focus on one thing trying to get to sleep.
