Sometimes it's pleasurable but many times it's painful too. I would enjoy it more if it felt better most of the time.

i'm sure it can be painful too... i have watched many adult movies in my day. and some of the tools the guys have don't seem like they deliver pleasure. I thankfully do not have that problem. LOL.
