more #1) you always have something between your teeth please remove. more #2) this is the toothbrush you will use when you spend the night. more #3) i'm a dentist, have some floss too.
My friends and I are debating if it symbolizes "Here's a toothbrush, I expect you to come back and use it again sometime soon..." or if it's just "You have to brush your teeth before I make out with you and I don't want to wake up to your nasty morning breath"
whether it means: 1) being a good host(ess), 2) promoting good hygiene or 3) there will be other nights like this...i think it really depends on the context and connection between the two. i'm an optimist though, so i say more often than not, it means something "more".
i'll let you use my toothbush VChung. that would mean the same thing as giving you one. now if i left in the bathroom in the toothbrush holder for everyone to see it means that i want you to stick around for awhile.
If it's the girl giving you the toothbrush, then it means she wants you to brush your teeth.
If it's the guy giving you the toothbrush, then in a subtle way, he is saying he wants you to come back.
