"supplementary compensate" - that seems far more accurate, after all, 66% of people don't feel they get paid enough for their job (according to voteyesorno.com - Do you get paid enough for your job? www.voteyesorno.com/poll/81/Do-you-get-paid-enough-for-your-job/) i wonder if this percentage of people "supplementarily compensating" themselves at work will be the same as those who feel they don't get paid enough?
But the amount accounted for in "supplementary compensation" is probably deducted from everyone's pay anyways. So i guess you could say that if your coworkers are getting "supplementary compensation" are probably stealing from your paycheck!
"Steal" is the best word I would think of when it comes to this scenario. I don't know how else you would call it. "Accidentally placed it inside my home without telling anyone?"
If you really want to easily take advantage of your job, just mail everything and charge it to their Fed-Ex account. No one is going through hundreds of pages of shipping logs.

Oh! Oh! You'll get a kick out of this one: We now have to exchange our old 'run out of ink' pens in order to get a new replacment pen.
