I find uncooked meat to be really dirty. Like doctors and nurses wearing scrubs outside the hospital.

Not at all. I trust his taste.

I'm sure I'll like it. The texture of it doesn't look very appetizing though. It looks like some regergitated food laid on top of rice with seaweed wrapped around it. LOL!

Just to warn you so you don't hype it up too much, uni is an acquired taste. Either you love it or you hate it, kind of like gamey meats such as lamb or boar.

I love lamb, but I hate uni.

When I ate it, it tasted like dirty aquarium water. Not that I've tasted aquarium water, but the taste of raw Uni reminded me of that smell. Enjoy!

raw fish or any seafood doesnt sound good at all. I decided never to eat clams again after I found some sand in some of them.. urg.

Although I agree with you on the raw fish part, if you dislike seafood then I think you're missing out on a lot of delicious feed. Lobster, crab, shrimp, clam, oyster... I'd choose those over cow, lamb, chicken, or pig any day.

I also agree with you that that sand can ruin the whole dish.
