QUESTION:
When you eat a steak or pork chop at home, do you still cut each piece off one at a time?
It's proper etiquette to do this at restaurants or in front of guests. But when you're at home and subject to no rules, do you still do this versus cutting it all up at once or eating it caveman style?

I'm not patient enough to cutting it up all at once. Do you peel all your crab first then eat it? Not patient for that either.

Actually for the crab meat, when you peel it off, it starts to lose its freshness But for pork chop or steak, when you cut it into pieces, you get more sauce because of more surface area.

On the flip side, when you pre-cut your steak/pork chops, it gets cold faster.

True but you'd probably be a slow cutter if the time it takes for the steak to reach room temperature from a heated steak, depending on an average room temperature, should take at least 10 minutes. An average person should be able to cut their steak/pork into pieces no more than 2 minutes.
