Do you find it annoying that Girl Scouts are perched at every exit of a grocery store asking if you would like to purchase cookies?

Girl scouts are a minor annoyance compared to things like commercials, (for radio and tv)pop-ups, spam emails, and flyers people put on your F*ing windshield right before it rains. Plus even if you don't buy you know those cookies are DELICIOUS!

That's hardly a good comparison since the items you listed - commercials, popups, spam emails, flyers - are all inanimate objects while a girl scouts, at least i think, exist with emotions such that in the event that you don't buy any cookies from her, she starts to frown and everyone around you will think you're a party pooper and a meanie.

I do find it annoying that in Tahoe they charge $4 a box, but in San Francisco, some troops charge twice that! You've got to be kidding me!
