I agree. It's important. My son was so thrilled when we got it in the mail two days ago. He asked if he can fill it out (with my assistance, of course!) for me. I let him.

Here's my reason for not doing it: it sounds like it's too much trouble and too much work. What do I get for taking it? It's like those elections that no one cares about except for voting who becomes president.

For most people it's only 10 questions which takes less than 10 minutes. It really makes a HUGE difference. Why are people so lazy?

Are you serious? Your census helps to decide how much of your tax money comes back to your state, and in turn, you. So feel free not to fill it out as long as you don't live in my state...
