As a matter of fact I did. The Federal Reserve is a joke, and it is annoying how the media portrays them as some sort of extension to the government, like we actually have a say in how it is run, but the federal reserve has CEO's and corporate interests just like any other company.

The federal reserve is also the company that controls the supply and demand of money, the interest rate of borrowing from the government, and many other vital parts of our governments economy. The Federal reserve is a private company for several reasons. 1. The government cannot run it because they have a vested interest in how much they make off of there own currency, so they wouldn't be able to run it unbiasedly. 2. Making it a private business allows professional economists who have been working for decades in the field and are highly trained to be chosen to run the company, rather than being chosen by voting, where the person with the most amount of money will win. 3. It is also illegal for any Fed members to use his knowledge to support personal gain, just as it is in every corporation in the United States. The company who runs the Federal reserve is required by law to report there progress and actions to the public at least every six months and does so more often than that. You also have the federal reserve to thank for no depressions since the 1930's. If it wasn't for the Federal reserve's actions, we would be in a depression right now! Also, the Federal reserve is a non-for-profit company and is publicly owned! If you were rich enough, you could buy shares of it yourself. The lack of knowledge that is being displayed here makes my head spin!
