I think this is actually becoming common in first world nations like America where females who are successful and love what they do for a living just don't want to give that up. So the love for work outweighs the need to have a family.

i think the tough part for women is that clock that won't allow them to have kids after some age... so they have to make a "pressured" decision. Something wrong? Absolutely not.
