Design: -Good use of colors -Good use of white space -The facebook and youtube icons right now doesn't seem to serve a purpose -Navigation could be simplified and less confusing. Very inconsistent right now. Perhaps instead of having one top navigation, you could have a sub navigation. -URL could be simplified.
At first I wasn't sure what kind of site it was going to be based on the URL. If it was MayLeiSuenRealEstate.com, or MayLeiProperties or something like that I would think it would be helpful to someone who is sent the link without context.
After getting to the site though, I thought it was VERY professional looking. I like the colors (it seems perfect for Miami, and the big image to grab my attention. I also like how there is a search on the left side front and center for properties.
After clicking around some, I got to the About Me section. I strongly feel you should add her image to the front page. It doesn't have to dominate the page per se, but I think it would help give the page a human element. So much of real estate is relationship driven and with the URL being her full name, you might want to see who you are dealing with.
Also the Blog section needs work. It seems very dry. If she could make it more personal and post semi-regularly, I think she could find an audience and get huge returns with it. Again so much of real estate is about relationships and referrals so if potential clients could follow her story/transactions and feel like they know her more, they will create a connection and probably be inclined to work with her in the future.
