The fat is probably what makes the steak taste so good but at the same time. Sometimes, when a piece of meat that has a slob of fat concentrated in one spot, it sickens me.

NO! That's like trimming the icing off the top of a cupcake. lol.

I actually take off the icing off the top of cupcakes... Most are straight up sweet but there's no flavor to it.

I go with the moderation approach. I eat about 70% of the fat when I do eat steak, but I just try to limit the number of times I eat red meat in general.

I buy bison steak...no fat, no crazy hormones or meds to worry about, and its the most beautiful, tasty hunk of meat you could slap on the grill.
