QUESTION:

Does it peeve you when you have to tear the perforated center part of toilet seat cover before placing it on the toilet?

Am I just lazy?

After years of tearing it... i just stopped and it works for me. no ricochet yet.

Especially if you have to rush to the bathroom hella badly and have to take those few but precious seconds to take rip that center part out. Had some close calls, LOL!

Don't you know that you're not supposed to rip the center out? You're suppose to let it hang. I learned this after reading the instructions on the box. I had it wrong the whole time.

If you let it hang, doesn't the water eventually seep through the paper? Learn something new everyday.
