If there's no harm to anyone, then why follow the rules? Just yesterday I turned left at a red light instead of waiting for it turn green, but it was late and there were no cars anywhere.

Overall, yes. As lame as it sounds, i can't remember the last time i really broke a rule except for no smoking in the house... whoops.

It depends on the rule. If it's an important rule than I benefit from and harm someone else by, even without their knowing it then yes I follow it. If it's something like a red light at one am in the middle of nowhere with no cameras or traffic then no,because the fact that isn't someone to witness it or be affected by it negates the purpose of the rule.
